Kick off your Ugg boots and put down your iPods as VH1 brings you the next big hit in their hugely popular "I Love The" series: "I Love The New Millennium." VH1 loves the 00’s so much that they couldn’t even wait for them to end, bringing viewers an all-new 8-part series covering the first 8 years of the new millennium (2000 – 2007.) From "Thong Songs" and Big Fat Greek Weddings, to wardrobe malfunctions and the “Big Mouth Billy Bass,” it’s all here, and our expert team of celebrities, musicians, actors, athletes, journalists and comedians are back to tackle every hard hitting issue you can imagine.

For example: Where were all those weapons of mass destruction anyway? How did people watch television before TIVO? Who decided that trucker hats weren’t just for truckers anymore? THE B-52S ADD OPENING DATE FOR THE POLICE’S FINAL SHOW AUGUST 7TH The B-52s have just added a date opening for The Police’s final show of their reunion tour at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday, August 7th. “The World’s Greatest Party Band” will perform “frisky, futuristic tunes” (USA Today) from ‘Funplex’ (Astralwerks) their critically acclaimed first studio album in 16 years. Tickets go on sale on June 14th and a presale is available to Police Fan Club members on Monday, June 9th at 10:00 AM EST. Tickets will be available through a PBS pledge drive with Thirteen/WNET and/or WLIW21 as thank-you gifts for contributions at various gift levels ($750, $500, $350, $150). A limited, once-in-a-lifetime experience including VIP access to the band’s sound check for their final concert, dinner for two and a special souvenir gift is available at the $5000 contribution level for a pair. There are also a limited number of V.I.P. Seats available at the $2,000 level that includes prime seating and private pre- show reception. PROMO ALL SUMMER The B-52-s will debut "Juliet of the Spirits," the Frederico Fellini inspired new single from 'Funplex' (Astralwerks), on Regis & Kelly June 3rd. The "gloriously single-minded party animals" (Entertainment Weekly, 3.31.08) kicked off the summer in Rockefeller Plaza with a performance on The Today Show on Memorial Day and played the first two shows of the 31 date, star-studded, True Colors Tour this past weekend.
