TO ENTER A CONTEST: Log on to http://www.astralwerks.com/contests.html You may enter by either (1) submitting the official entry form located at the contest. Incomplete or inaccurate entry forms are void. In order for the electronic entry to be valid, entrants must click on the "enter" button on the site. Or (2) sending an email containing all of the requested information to the email address indicated on the contest page. All entires become the sole property of Astralwerks Records.

No mechanically reproduced entries or facsimiles allowed. Entries submitted via scripts and automated submission services will be rejected and result in the disqualification of the entrant from the giveaway. Sponsors are not responsible for, and shall have no liability with respect to: late, lost, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or postage due mail or entries, any problems or technical malfunctions of any computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, or for any other reason, including without limitation, injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials for this giveaway. If, for any reason, the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes whatsoever, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this giveaway, sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Limit one prize per person/household/e-mail address. No prize transfers, substitutions or cash redemptions, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. All prizes will be awarded.

DRAWING: Winners will be selected by random drawing conducted by Astralwerks Records from among all eligible entries received. All drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Astralwerks Records, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the giveaway.

Winners will be contacted by e-mail on or around one week after contest ends. Upon notification, winners must claim their prize by e-mail. If a given winner does not respond within 4 days (96 hours) of initial notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from among remaining eligible entries.

Winners must complete any and all legal documents, if required, and return them to Sponsors within three (3) working days after receipt of such documents. If winner is under eighteen years of age, a parent or legal guardian will be required to complete such documents. Noncompliance will result in disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner will be selected from among remaining eligible entries by random drawing.

ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is not open to employees or immediate family members of Astralwerks, Virgin Records Records, EMI, affiliated companies and subsidiaries.

GENERAL: By participating in the giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree (I) That the Sponsors, their parents and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss of any kind suffered in connection with this promotion or the use or acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof; (II) that where permitted, winners shall execute a promotional release granting the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation; (III) to comply fully with these official rules including all eligibility requirements and that the decisions of the sponsors are final and binding; and (IV) to give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor via e-mail. Any violation of these Official Rules by any winner (in the sole discretion of the Sponsors) will result in such winner disqualification as winner and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

This giveaway is subject to any and all federal, state, provincial and local rules and regulations. Winners will be solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes on the prize. Additionally, export of prizes is subject to United States government export regulations, and winner will be solely responsible for any export taxes or charges incurred.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in New York, New York. All claims and disputes must be resolved in the United States. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.
